Madzon®

through variety of innovative, user-attractive, totally-fair,
easy-to-play, no-special-knowledge-needed but strategy-based
proprietary entertaining prize models - "uVote",

"uBid", "uBuy" and "uTrader".
Madzon® has some patents pending for the prize models
mentioned above.
What
inspired us to start our research and then form this venture,
a few years ago, was the fact that over the past decade
the consumers were demanding for new generations of brand
new electronics distribution channels and Madzon® has
entered aggressively into this market niche currently enjoying
a dominant market share in this specific category. In some
aspects our placement ability exceeds even the middle level
of the traditional both online and "brick and mortar"
shops for electronics, which is the main idea behind the
business model of Madzon®.
We
at Madzon® believe the traditional shopping is no longer
attractive enough for significant portion of the public
and this tendency, is believed, to continue at future and
that is why we continue to heavily research over some of
the following products acquiring models such as buy, lease,
win, barter, bid, risk, rent, wholesale, trade in, buy back,
get now pay later etc., in an effort to improve or at least
change them in behalf of the consumers. We are not supposed
to replace the traditional buying behaviors of the consumers,
but, giving them an alternative is what we are targeting
at all.
We
are working to turn Madzon® into the first e-brand popping
into the minds of the public when it comes to winning brand
new electronic items and this is what we'll stay focused
on.
Madzon®
will only be the first stage, an integrated part of a large-scale
4 stages innovative project for brand new electronics distribution.
The first, Madzon®, is an entertaining gaming-based
distribution; the second will be brand new electronics shopping
through bidding, 3rd will be a large-scale double auction
concept and the 4th will be a solid debt-discounting-based
(factoring) project for deeply discounted shopping…
We're
currently looking for private / angel investor(s) to help
us get off the ground. The ultimate goal of the company
will be to pursue an IPO at future.
Madzon
is planned to be headquartered in Las Vegas NV USA.
