Portal Operations.
You should be able to maintain your day-to-day portal
usual operations and keep your services, products
and solutions being interrupted.
2.
Advertising
Commitment.
You should be ready to engage some money to promote
and advertise your own portal in order to acquire
a critical user-base needed to become profitable.
The exact advertising amount depends on the concrete
country market. Additionally, every franchisee in
our global network is expected to commit an annual
advertising "fee" contributing to the common
network popularity and brand awareness.
3.
Portal Hosting Engagement.
You
should be able to engage such a hosting for your portal
that will handle all the traffic it would receive
with an industry normal uptime availability. Please
note that all modules, sources and files are optimized
for work with *nix systems. In general your server
should support MySQL, PHP and all the latest ecommerce
tolls and features available today over the web and
a solid bandwidth as well. In the event you decide
to let us develop and host your localized portal then
we will handle that issues for you.
4.
Domain Name Maintenance.
There
are two general options for portal domain names registration:
1) we are registering the domain name for your portal,
since we hold the franchise rights for it and it is
better we to maintain a .com domain name for
better visibility and search engine compatibility
such as polandexportimport.com and 2) in case
the suitable domain names (.com) are taken you then
should register a domain name with your country-specific
domain name extension such as germanyexportimport.de.
5.
Dedicated Web & Marketing Team.
You
should have or appoint a dedicated team that will
run the web portal and perform your day-to-day operations
as well as all strategical issues. There are several
factors that reflect on the number of employees you
need to have but but mostly it depends on how rapidly
you grow.
6.
Customer Service Department.
You
should be able to support a superior customer service
department with great response rate to any customer
inquiry. Your customer service staff should be able
to reply any customer inquiry within 24 hours. More

7.
Quarter & Annual Reports.
Under
this franchise agreement you are required to prepare
and send to us regular quarter and annual reports
such as traffic received, registered users, page views,
financial, income statements etc. To learn more see

8.
Performance Bond.
Upon
signing of the franchise agreement you are required
to open a performance (security) bond in our behalf
during the term of the agreement, which is to guarantee
us that you will take it seriously.
9.
Keeping it Dynamic. You
take responsibility and should be able to keep your
own portal be dynamic web property with constant
updated and improved both content and web technologies.
10.
Instant Updates.
You should be available for instant updates and changes
if required to comply the current version of the portals
in the network. We do require in the event any changes
or updates are being made to the main portal or the
network, your web site also to implement them in a
reasonable time in order to stay current and updated.Any
updates gave to you from us regarding the franchised
business should take a place within 24 hours upon
receiving a notice for them with appropriate instructions.
11.
Links to all Active Portals.
You are required to keep active hyperlinks to all
live EXIM portals within the network, directly over
your home page as
well as in a separate web section. In this
way your visitors will have direct access to all country-specific
portals while all portals will help each other grow
in term of popularity and visitors. In general you
are keeping active links to all currently running
portals around the world so to be one global network.
12.
Independent Portals.
You are a part of a network of independent portals,
but no individual incentives, not approved by the
network or us, will be tolerated at all. In general,
the license granted to you is revocable and in the
event such not applicable to the main strategy of
the export import business activities are intercepted,
your license will be terminated immediately, your
web site will be removed from the network of the web
portals, and new one will be invited to serve your
country.
13.
Common Business Policy.
You are required to stay under the common policy,
common strategy and marketing requirements of the
main USA portal.
14.
Access
to Your Portal at any Time.
You
are required to provide free access at any time to
everyone to your portal regardless of race, color,
religion, age, sex, marital or economic status, national
origin, sexual orientation, creed, ancestry; the presence
of any sensory, mental or physical handicap. More

15.
We've
rights to Modify, Update, Remove.
We reserve the right to change the content,
structure and the design or vision of your portal
at any time we are forced to do it for any occasion.
We reserve the right to serve advertising on your
portal in any variant applicable.
We reserve the right to access the source of the portal
at the time we require that from you.
16.
Sharing Ideas.
Existing Franchisees should submit their suggestions
for new ideas, projects, conceptions, solutions and
business models for future growing and common success
of the network.
