1)
You develop it alone where we will give
you (upon signing of the Franchise Agreement)
all the portal sources needed to have
your portal up and running - PHP and
PERL scripts, configurable files, databases,
web pages, materials, content, logos,
instructions, images etc.; or
2) You rely upon us to develop it where
we will choose the server, install,
develop and configure it and then we
will instruct, train and grant you access
to the Portal sources, FTP, control
panel, MySQL etc., so you will continue
to seamlessly run it alone.
